Role Mission

The candidate will support the Gucci Retail Training Team and will have the opportunity to see different processes and activities related to the development of training tools

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

·  Support the team in daily back office activities
·  Assist the team for the development of the Retail training projects and main training tools.
·  Develop and prepare a variety of reports related to the productivity analysis/training efficiency.
·  Provide administrative support for the Budget Cycle
·  Assist in coordinating training programs and annual calendars
·  Work proactively with other team members

Job Requirements

·  Proficiency in MS Office
·  Goal oriented approach
·  Digital mindset
·  Master's Degree in Economics, Retail Training management or related field
·  A previous experience in Training in a medium/big industrial environment could be a plus
·  Fluent English communication skills
·  Precision and analytical problem solving skills
·  Team-oriented with a pro-active and determined attitude
·  Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
