Your Responsibilities :
Context:

The aim of the internship is to support the reliability engineering dept to perform an overall optimization of current maintenance plan in primary area based on FMEA and previous failure rate

Project description:

The intern will support the reliability engineering department to manage the project with:
- Perform FMEA on HC equipment
- Maintenance plan review, simplification and Optimization
- Proposal of new failure detection technology
- Periodical check meeting with maintenance to ensure the respect of project timeline
- Perform a cost saving evaluation (VCP) based on previous maintenance activities

Competencies the intern will develop thanks to the internship experience:

The intern will improve the knowledge of:

- Reliability engineering processes in particular Maintenance Plan strategy optimization
- Cost saving evaluation
- FMEA analysis
- SAP PM
