Your Responsibilities :
We are a team of IT experts, who provide excellent services for GSK sites worldwide on a daily basis. As a part of a global healthcare company, we work in a multinational environment, support around 100 000 GSK employees and over 20 000 systems in the entire company. At present, at our office in Poznan, we employ about 700 highly-skilled professionals.

This role is accountable for the end to end lifecycle management for one or more technology solutions within the Collaboration Services suite of products. The Product Owner will work with colleagues within Tech, Tech Ops, and external third parties to ensure all aspects of in scope products are properly managed. This role will also be accountable for overall ownership of product/service initiatives associated with the lifecycle of the products. Other areas of responsibility include: vendor relationship management, product roadmap delivery/execution, input into product/service strategy, product/service risk management, product/service delivery accountability, and resolution of escalated issues associated with the in scope products/services.

• Accountable for developing/executing the service deliverables and business change management for one or more products/services within the scope of Collaboration Services
• Manage and be accountable for the on-going relationship with both the service and management team of vendors associated with assigned products
• Developing and executing any changes to the way the products/services are run and working alongside staff within the Collaboration Operations and Collaboration Engineering teams to ensure changes are managed in the most appropriate manner
• Driving a continued focus on keeping the products/services “evergreen” whilst also ensuring that the needs of the GSK Business Units are considered during any and all service changes
• Functional accountability for assigned product service upgrade and decommissioning projects
• Accountable to ensure product plans are defined, communicated, and delivered as detailed on the product roadmap
• Contribute to the development, communication, and stakeholder management associated with product strategy and ensuring existing and future business requirements are satisfied
• Accountable to ensure all product/service risks are documented and mitigated according to agree action plans
• Ensure that in scope products/services are delivered in accordance with agreed standards and quality as defined within Service Level Agreements (SLA)/Operational Level Agreements (OLA) and further ensure sufficient service management processes are in place
• Ensure resolution of escalated issues associated with the in scope products/services

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• Experienced IT professional with extensive background in both Projects and Service Management
• Good understanding of the global GSK business and experience of operating in either an above country, or a global service environment
• Experience of service delivery and support organization management, including the development of support processes & procedures
• Broad knowledge of the GSK IT quality standards (IQMS), support and infrastructure environment and of business processes and information technology solutions
• Previous experience of managing IT services
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Agile, ITIL, and Lean experience preferred
• Experience working with, and managing, external vendors
