Your Responsibilities :
at GVGH we develop process to produce candidate vaccines against high-burden neglected disease in Low and Middle income countries to support proof of concept in humans, up to clinical Phase 2

Project description: the candidate vaccine is a combination of multiple antigens to be formulated on Alum, whose production needs to be developed and scaled-up before being transferred for the GMP manufacturing.

Competencies the intern will develop thanks to the internship experience: the intern will have chance to be involved and be trained on the job of formulation development activities, process scaling-up, buffer preparation, activities of formulation preparation to support animal studies, Operative procedure drafting, supporting the drafting of the documentation process related to product and process knowledge in preparation to the technology transfer at third parties for the GMP production of clinical lots
