MISSION :

Support the General Manager and Management Team by an efficient organization of processes concerning the general operation by organizing and arranging meetings for the Managing Director and meetings with cross-functional attendance incl. personnel events. Responsible for booking and adminster in an efficient way all all travel arrangement of the SEB Nederland organisation. In general guide and support  the Management Team how to best meet the regulations of the Health and Safety Act  and provide support and supervise a number of supporting topics for the company. Because of the central role ther are additonal roles in assisting Facilities and Office Management and also being first point of contact for employees on supporting topics. As Assisitant of the GM supporting events and reception of guests for the company. 

PROFILE:

 

Education is on High school level (Meao secretarial or Schoevers) or working experience on that same levell for approx. 2 years. In this very supportive role playing interface with partners, internally and externally is very important. AS well perfect insight on how to treat confidential matters. A very service oriented attitude is necessary and also the strength to manage the managers. Because of the international environment fluent in English is basis. Of course good skills in MS Office are conditionary.
