MISSION:

 

We are looking for a Recruitment and Schools Relations Officer (M/F) to join our Cookware business unit .

This apprenticeship contract will be based in Rumilly, near Annecy (74) and will be available from September 2020.

Working within the Training and School Relations Department, you will work closely with the Manager to:

Recruit internship and apprenticeship positions on site (writing job offers and publishing them, selecting CVs, interviews, budgeting);

· 
Manage contracts and carry out the necessary administrative work;

· 
Prepare and lead modules for people starting internship and apprenticeship positions;

· 
Manage partnerships with educational establishments (forums, visits etc.);

· 
Help with publicity and visibility campaigns, both internal and external (writing articles, supporting tutors etc.).

At the same time, you will be actively involved in events and projects linked with the department.

 

 

 

PROFILE:

 

Youare a student on a 3/4/5 year course in Business Studies or studying for a Masters in HR and you would like to complete an apprenticeship at an industrial site that is part of an international group.

You are dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills and you know how to adapt depending on the people you are dealing with, argue your case and convince others.

Disciplined and organised, you show a good sense of analysis, summary and discernment.

Your team spirit, creativity and your ability to adapt will help you to succeed in this assignment.

Your English is proficient.
