You will integrate our Luxembourg office to support our sales and marketing activities as well as some administrative tasks.

You main missions will cover clients and prospects of our Western Europe development unit (France, Belux, French speaking part of Switzerland, Monaco, Israel).

Your daily tasks will cover day to day business needs as well as medium term marketing projects such as :

- Marketing studies on specific client segments; - Development of reporting tools on our various markets; - Support in the organization of roadshows, client events and mailings; - Development and input into our Client Relationship Management tool; - Back up on daily administrative tasks; - Liaison with our Legal, Finance and Compliance departments on these topics.

Desired profile

Profil et compétences requises

- Bac+5, Master in Finance/Business School or Universities; - Proficient with Microsoft software including Word, Excel and Powerpoint; - Fluent in English; - Excellent organizational skills, team spirit and sales orientation; - Good knowledge of the financial industry, market structure, asset classes, mutual funds; - Ability to manage tight deadlines. - you have a first succesful work experience in the Asset management.
