Poste et missions
As our VIE, your main missions will be:

• Support origination of new mandates: provide underlying analysis on proposed transactions; build and/ or manage cash flow model and projections, incorporating sensitivity cases; manage marketing materials and pitchbooks; participate in internal and external origination meetings; obtain necessary internal approvals for initial engagement with the client, including Legal and Compliance; track origination activity in Singular.

• Support execution of new transactions: prepare internal FICOM, BizCom and credit materials for approval; manage internal systems, including Singular and Credit Portal; manage on-boarding of new clients, including KYC' conduct due diligence on assets and markets related to the transaction; participate in due diligence meetings/ calls; participate in internal meetings related to the transaction.

• Support syndication of underwritings: assist in managing interface with the syndication/ distribution team; prepare marketing materials to investors (CIM/ OM); prepare responses for investor questions; manage Internal (Singular) and external data site used for distribution campaign.

• Support Portfolio Management: manage deal hand-off to DPM during the closing process; periodic support on closed transaction to support DPM annual reviews, waivers, consents and other deal activities that require origination insight.

Desired profile

Profil et compétences requises
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business and/or Engineering Minimum 1 year banking experience, and preferably in Natixis Head Office to have a good understanding of banking products and Natixis systems. Highly computer literate (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, database, etc.) Fluency in English and French required Able to multitask.
Experience required in Finance and markets analysis.

The VIE mission should start in February 2020.
