Job Description

We are looking for a PMO - Finance (local contract) to join our team in Porto.
You will be responsible for providing PMO support to the Porto Finance team. This position is key for analysis of costs and performance of the IT operation.
In close cooperation with the stakeholders this person is expected to generate and analyse the figures that are needed to measure the performance of the branch, define relevant improvement projects and calculate and determine relevant KPIs.



Main Tasks & Responsabilities:

·  Prepare monthly management reporting and presentations;
·  Track KPIs and report to management;
·  Support annual budget preparation and follow up;
·  Support financial and accounting processes;
·  Participate on business plans and investment projects;
·  Develop working tools and suggest improvement processes;
·  Create and define working processes and support documentation.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Main requirements:

·  Economics, Management or Accounting Degree;
·  At least 2 years of experience in a Controlling role;
·  Experience in a Big Four consulting company valued;
·  Excellent reporting skills;
·  Preparation of state of the art presentations;
·  Mastery of Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, power pivot, vba...) and PowerPoint;
·  Previous experience with SAP;
·  Power BI is an asset.

Other Requirements:

·  Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory);
·  Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
·  Willingness to learn and evolve;
·  Good communication skills;
·  Ability to work in a team.
