ABOUT OUR PROGRAM:

Return to work with Natixis' Début 2.0 program. Natixis is dedicated to strengthening our commitment to hire top diverse talent, foster solutions-oriented ideas, and deliver high caliber service to our clients. For those who have taken a voluntary break for 2 or more years from the workforce, Début 2.0 could be just the refresh you need to get back to work.

Début 2.0 is a 16-week paid immersive fellowship providing a realistic gateway for those looking to renter into the workforce. The program kicks off with one week of orientation and training sessions designed to assimilate participants back into the work environment. The remaining 15 weeks are dedicated to on-the-job training, and educational and networking opportunities. Each fellow is paired with a formal mentor to provide advice and guidance for the duration of the program.

Fellows could be placed across any of the below listed divisions based upon an alignment of complementary skills and relevant prior experience. Within these teams, you get the opportunity to work closely with senior management on exciting and impactful projects in order to reintroduce yourself to the Financial Services industry and prepare for a future at Natixis. Performance feedback is delivered to the fellows throughout the program to prepare successful candidates for full-time opportunities. Our goal is to offer high performing participants who successfully complete the program full-time positions with the firm.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Whether you've been out of the workforce for two years or 20, Début 2.0 helps guide you back into the industry. Our program is geared towards professionals who have taken a voluntary break and are looking to relaunch their career.

We are looking for fellows with strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, technical, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills; prior experience in financial services is preferred but not required.

2020 PROGRAM TIMEFRAME

·  Our application period will be open September 16, 2019 and close on October 24, 2019.
·  Our New York based program will run from February 3, 2020 through May 22, 2020.
