Primary Purpose of the Position

· Responsible to maintain accurate record, ordering, follows up order status and requirement of Raw Materials activities to support and in line with production schedule and Supply Planning Ticket

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

· Prepare requirement data, make sure alignment between ticket/production numbers and Bill of Material (BOM) non-negotiable
· Make initiate date requirement and total quantity to be ordered base on requirement non-negotiable
· Make sure material supply for daily & monthly tickets are achieved and in line with production schedule non-negotiable
· Ensure and Control Inventory meet AOP target non-negotiable
· Control slow moving item to avoid rejected material non-negotiable
· To minimize and control material scrap, interim of internal or external issue (ex. Phase out of tire, expired, out of Goodyear specification) non-negotiable
· Follow trial material for tire trial propose base on Qtech NTI & MP requirement, starting first trial until mass production trial non-negotiable
· Control inventory at External warehouse and make sure goods movement follow GY requirement non-negotiable
· Responsible of audit preparation for Raw Material area to support Manufacturing or other department non-negotiable

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Material Management, Supply Chain, Chemical/Materials Engineering, Business Administration or relevant any areas
· Production and inventory control skill
· Knowledgeable in SAP
· Familiar with Quality Management Systems - ISO/TS/VDA
