QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Marine Engineering
· Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing as Maintenance Engineer
· Experience in Predictive & Preventive maintenance methodologies
· Good command of written and spoken English
· Advanced user of MS Office applications
· Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
· Conceptual thinking and eagerness to learn
· Creativity, analytical thinking and excellent troubleshooting experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
· Completed military service for male applicants
· Residence in Sakarya
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
· Management of preventive and predictive maintenance activities
· Monitoring and controlling maintenance and production indicators, defining improvement potentials with methodical approaches and leading related projects.
· Manage a team of maintenance technicians
· Development of maintenance activities (Breakdowns, Improvement activities of business team)
· Taking actions and making root cause analysis for the breakdowns and repeating defects
· Spare parts management, determining the needs
· Budget control of engineering expenses
