LEGAL INTERN

 

·  Archive management and documentation
·  Documentation scanning
·  Preparation civil and commercial contracts of the company type.
·  Collect Contract's signatures
·  Preparation answers to public bodies requirements
·  Company Policies Update
·  Help in the management of implementation of company policies.
·  Procedures in the commercial Register of Madrid.
·  Investigation of clients' assets through AXESOR (to find out the assets)
·  Management collaboration External lawyers
·  Securitization Program, file management
·  Local SharePoint
·  Updates Contract templates
·  Opening of suppliers
·  Legal bases for promotions Sell In-Sell Out
·  LOPD, mail management
·  GCS System
·  Securimate System
·  Legal Fees
·  In general, any work-task of a Paralegal
