IE&FLOW ENGINEER

·  Formulate production plans and exchanges to ensure supply to the customer is on time and in correct quantities.
·  Ensure effective communication to customers regarding any deviations to the production plan
·  Learn about "Plant Optimization" in all dimensions and identify potential process improvement areas to improve efficiency and productivity
·  Conduct studies to identify optimum kanban and stock levels by leveraging the MES implementation
·  Closely work with PO pillars to identify potential FI projects and provide IE support for the implementation of projects
·  Calculate C vs R studies for better capacity planning and utilization
·  Conduct process de-bottlenecking studies and recommend solutions
