Business Process Architect CRM (all genders welcome)

Your tasks & responsibilities :

· Customization of our systems regarding Goodyear specific demands in close cooperation with the business
· Extension of Cloud4Customer with new functionalities as a co-innovation with SAP
· Connection of different systems within Goodyear (e.g. email Marketing, eCommerce, order to cash, etc.)
· Responsibility for the roll-out in different european countries
· Roll-out of new functionalities (e.g. ticketing, helpdesk, IoT solutions for our clients)
· Communication of the solutions as well as close collaboration with stakeholders of the respective departments
· Working with cutting-edge technology: SAP Cloud Platform, Amazon AWS

Your profile:

· University degree or equivalent graduation within IT areas; alternatively relevant professional experience
· Very good programming skills
· Ability to think in complex systems as well as innovative thinking and working
· Very good communication skills
· Flexibility to travel within Europe
· Very good English and/or German skills
