GI GROUP SPA, Work Agency (Min. Auth. of. 26 November 2004, Prot. No. 1101 – SG) is looking for a:

JUNIOR product development & innovation manager

that will be joining one of the most important firm, leader in luxury products (cosmetics and fragrances).

The junior Product Development & Innovation Manager will support the Product Development & Innovation Director and the team on projects, including new product development and reformulations.

He/she will be supporting the Director and the team in day-to-day activities and will be responsible in time of activities such as:

• Studying market development, competition and trends;

• Coordinate projects;

• Analysis of competitors and trend monitoring;

• Sell-in and sell-out analysis;

PROFILE

We are a looking for a person with:

• Organizational skills, accuracy and timeliness;

• Entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and projects;

• Open-minded, creativity, team player, entrepreneurial spirit;

• Proficiency in Office;

• Fluent knowledge of English.

MANDATORY

• University Degree;

• A previous experience (at least 1 year) in Product Development or Marketing area;

• Passion for fragrances and lifestyle.
