GI GROUP SPA, Work Agency (Min. Auth. of. 26 November 2004, Prot. No. 1101 – SG) is looking for an:

INTERNATIONAL PR AND EVENTS OFFICER

that will be joining one of the most important firms, leader in luxury products (cosmetics and fragrances).

Whithin the Marketing & Communication Department, the International PR and Events Officer will support the International PR & Events Coordinators in:

• Organizing International Press events&Press Trips
• Providing guidelines for local PR activities, support and supervise local execution
• Developing and organizing Sponsorships/Partnerships and special projects
• Creating PR contents, such as press kits, press releases, interviews
• Coordinating International Press Offices in key countries

He/She will be in charge of:

• Coordinating PR activities and Press offices within a specific pool of countries of his/her responsibility

• Developing Digital PR Guidelines about strategic product launches for influencers and agencies
• Daily and Monthly press review
• Continuous upload of PR contents on the internal platform
• Logistic support

Technical skills:

• English fluent

Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in communication/marketing
• Experience: at least 1/2 year in PR & Event position

Location:  Milan

Type of Contract: Fixed term contract with concrete possibility to become a permanent part of the team

Salary:  commensurate with qualifications and previous experience

Working time: full-time 39 hours per week
