Our client is a fast-growing global company, part of a Worldwide Group, that develops and markets Medical devices Class III and software solutions.
We’re hiring a
BIOMEDICAL ENGINEER – TECHNICAL CUSTOMER ADVISOR
Based in the Southern Europe Operations department in Piacenza, You will be responsible for the delivery of Technical Support, Service advise and troubleshooting, repair coordination and rooting, maintenance contract planning and execution to the customer base.
You will demonstrate supervision, initiative and strong relationships with all areas of the business and work in close collaboration with customer service, tech service and training colleagues, in an international environment.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Ensure high levels of customer service are delivered at all times and a proactive approach is taken to achieving customer expectations and achieving company turn around times.
- The efficient repair, maintenance and testing of medical electronic equipment on site at customer locations or in our Service Centre
- The timely completion of the required documentation and administration regarding the completed service, maintenance and repair work
- Ensure QA systems and processes are adhered to at all times to ensure full Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance with QA, Regulatory Authority, legislation, ISO Governance, company procedures, Health & Safety and corporate policies at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
-
- HBO level education in Bio Engineering
- Fluent in English and French
- Previous experience in technical service role or in customer facing role
- Knowledge of Medical Device Regulatory Aspects
Desirable:

- Strong inter-personal skills, confident and amiable
- Ability to work under own initiative, setting and achieving targets.
- Ability to work under pressure
