Role Summary/Purpose

The working student will support the governance function as well as perform administrative tasks within OFW EHS.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Metrics
·  Collecting manhours through Gensuite/ComplyWorks/tableau and generating bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
·  Verifying data in Gensuite
·  Preparing weekly and monthly overview of incidents for No Harm meetings
·  Training
·  Support the leads on assignment of employees
·  Create quarterly overviews and send training reminders
·  Maintain training matrix
·  Communication
·  Create and maintain an EHS IMS site (sharepoint/bench)
·  Perform document reviews, create summaries and supporting materials
·  Support the EHS teams on creation of safety related promotions
·  Maintain the EHS at GE REN Yammer group
·  Action tracking
·  Support on tracking and solutions of actions from audits, inspections, incident investigations etc.
·  Ad hoc office tasks such as preparation of presentations, coordination of documentation review, distribution of information etc.
