Role Summary/Purpose

Engineering Intern/Co-Op position is related to an engineering developmental position that learns to plan, coordinate, and direct the implementation of all blade models and process advancements to production. Initiate root cause analysis, error-proofing and other process improvements to ensure quality and low cost production of product.
Essential Responsibilities

Implements revisions to specifications and work instructions along with communicating such changes to workforce. Review and improve process/product control utilizing Lean Six Sigma techniques.
• Own & maintain process
• Create and maintain process documentation
• Provide support to factories in solving their day-to-day process related issues
• Interact with global functions for developments and updating information / solving technical issues
• Execute routine tasks related to ECR, QCR & process documentation
Web & Subcomponents • Support Day-to-day in executing routine tasks, like ECR, QCR Supporting Response Time, % completion
Web & Subcomponents • Implementation of CI / process improvements, and controls, selected best practices, etc. Supporting Tasks executed On Time In Full (OTIF)
Internal • Global Process Engineers / Process Engineers Provide functional / expert support
Internal • Global Functions To gather technical information, analysis & decision making
Internal • Factories / BUs For resource allocation, planning, execution and implementation
Internal • Technical Documentation To create, ensure, align & correct documentation
Qualifications/Requirements

Education • Degree in Industrial engineering or similar
External Experience • University graduate
Certifications •
Internal LM trainings/qualifications • BOM/AX, OneLM, TC, Process / production training
