Essential Responsibilities
In this role, the successful candidate will be working with the GE Gas Power organization and will rotate as a:
- Assistant Contractual Performance Manager
- Financial Modelling Analyst
- Risk Analyst
Your first 6 months assignment will be ‘Assistant Contractual Performance Manager’ and you will be based in GE Gas Power office in Jebel Ali.
The Assistant CPM will demonstrate support for functional, business, and broad company objectives. You will help integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
You will:
• Help plan / coordinate activities on site of a larger project to fulfill a customer order according to financial / commercial parameters and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support contract administration for assigned proposals and contracts including customer interface, negotiations, preparation, and contract interpretation
• Maintain CSA related documentation (Insurance certificates)
• Update and maintain input in the Field Service Portal (FSP), including the Oracle Field Services (OFS) system
• Support the coordination activities between Installations and Field Services (I&FS), Inspection and Repair Services (I&RS) and GEEPI
• Process orders and track and QC all covered parts and provide support in identifying parts, part numbers
• Maintain unit operating history and parts life history
• Track, credit and invoice bonus and LD amounts
• Be responsible for outage scope planning and execution, including closeout oversight, event parts, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Aspiring UAE national talents
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering
• Fluency in English and Arabic (oral and written)
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
• Passion, integrity, critical thinking/analytical skills, agility/flexibility, a continuous learning mindset
• Accountability, teamwork and collaboration, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, drive for results, and initiative.
• Excellent organization skills, ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• Passion in finance, risk and contract management
