Role Summary/Purpose

Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.
Essential Responsibilities

Manage and direct engineers and quality controllers in production
Works in the workshop in a fast changing environment by leading team and giving necessary quick decisions, directing them and mentoring the team.
Makes work instruction compliance audit, firewall audits, and internal audits
Day to day report all problems and give necessary corrective actions
Continuously improve the quality system and ensure alignment to the global BMS quality management system.
Manage Quality Change Requests and maintain Axapta.
Follow all quality related nonconformities, and prepare a ready blade set to invoicing.
Follow all quality alerts, check necessary actions and implement actions directly.
Translate quality changes, inform the relevant departments and track the performance.
Complete local quality reports, regional reports & BOR report. Drive relevant KPIs
Review quality performance regularly. Highlight issues and push for improvements and solutions.
Drive on time data registration through the relevant production and quality employees.
Drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions through the CAPA owner and ensure effective tracking.
Keeps customer requested documents ( curing data, resistance data, blade weight and others)
Coordinating and managing projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
Coordinate validating all manufacturing process/product and analyze all customer requirements
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree from one of the engineering departments,
At least 8 years relevant experience in Quality.
Good MS Office and ERP/MRP skills,
Strong analytical skills and problem solving aptitude,
Working experience in AXAPTA 12 is preferred,
Excellent command of both speaking and writing in English.
