Role Summary/Purpose

The scheduler will be responsible for planning on materials & manufacturing quality works of HRSG pressure parts in order to ensure that cycle time are achieved and that delivery targets are met.

Essential Responsibilities

·  Be responsible for manufacturing scheduling and quality inspection of HRSG pressure parts
·  Work with manufacturing, quality personnel and engineer as part of the verification process to ensure quality standards are being met in a fabrication facility or at the site
·  Conduct regular surveillance of shop floor & site work against documented process

HRSG 압력부의 생산일정수립, 생산일정관리 및 원활한 ERP시스템 사용과 현장 도면해석 지원 등 제반 생산일정 관리
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Using software(Excel/PPT/Auto CAD etc.) to generate schedules and reports
·  Ability to review relevant documents (Drawaings/MFG Docs./ITP/ASME code etc.)
·  Familiar with sampling and testing of manufacturing and welding procedure in accordance with local/international code and standard
·  Ability to write technical reports with photographs
·  Understanding the Manufacturing ERP system and Lean activity is preferable
·  Manufacturing experience for HRSG or boiler Pressure parts is preferable 

- HRSG 및 보일러 압력부 수행 경험 우대 
- 생산관련 PC(Excel/PPT/Auto CAD, etc.), 도면해독, 생산/품질/기술문서 해석 가능
- Auto CAD, ERP, Lean Activity 에 대한 이해/수행 능력 우대
- 영어 해석,독해,발표 가능자 우대
