Role Summary/Purpose

The Production Planner will serve as the primary coordinator of several key production plan-related issues, including build plan, material flow from the warehouse to the assembly lines and production control to ensure highest performance on Shipment Complete on Time (SCOT) while level loading production to support achieving maximum productivity.
Essential Responsibilities

-Have personal ownership on all production plans and follow up on execution, simulate materials, capacity, configuration and any other potential problems related to production.
-Ownership on material flow from order through production and shipment to assure 100% shipment complete on time (SCOT).
-Schedule daily build plan for all production lines. prioritize daily deliveries and communicate with clear visibility to all stakeholders.
-Operate work orders for production, track production progress and maintain material BOM setup.
-Full responsibility over WIP inventory and related material processes in the warehouse and assembly lines - weekly and monthly cycle counts, PI counts to assure 100% inventory accuracy.
-Implement logistics processes using lean methodology, smart material flow and warehouse tools.
-Improve and develop material transaction methods, from the remote warehouse, through the packing area and to the assembly lines.
-Support logistics process in the supply chain such as ASN, Material Receiving, processes improving, technology implementation, etc.)
Qualifications/Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years’ experience with proven experience as a Production/Material planner.
-Proven ability to drive and manage change initiatives in a matrix environment
-Demonstrated ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment
Desired Characteristics

-Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics.
-Experience in production planning environment. Oracle preferable.
-Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities.
