Role Summary/Purpose

主要负责生产制造、装配、基本测试、包装和产品的运输。
Essential Responsibilities

• 阅读和执行工作流程和作业指导书，或接受口头指示并履行其工作职责。
• 执行制造/装配任务和依据程序：物料清单BOM、作业指导书和工艺过程表来执行其他各项任务。
• 保证每日生产产出。
• 遵守环境健康安全和质量方针和程序。
• 参与质量控制检查。
• 配合生产线长、工程师、主管和经理的工作，提高生产工作质量和工作流程效率。
• 其他职责分配，例如：质量活动、培训班和员工团队活动。
• 遵守环境健康安全政策和方针。
Qualifications/Requirements

• 具有2年以上制药或相关行业的一线生产经验；
• 熟悉药物制剂的生产工艺，愿意从底层做起；
• 能适应翻班工作；
• 有英文基础
