Role Summary/Purpose

Support site Inventory Leader as the site forecasting and planning role. Duties will include but are not limited to: analyzing historical spares data and GATE 0 engine inductions to plan order release strategies with planners. Monitors and actions inventory levels in all accounts and completes parts returns to spares, is responsible for maintaining mark reserve list and completing the scrap process in MRO. Has full responsibility of maintaining and ordering Min / Max parts and inventory.
Essential Responsibilities

In addition, as the Associate , you will:

·  Work Day Shift

·  Office work

·  May be required to physically walk through shop / warehouse

·  Support Inventory and Materials Organization

·  Work in all systems to maintain and produce historical and future demand for spares

·  Responsible for Min / Max levels

·  Quarterly Adjustments of Min / Max quantities

·  Create Purchase Orders for parts for both Strother & Winfield

·  Maintain Mark Reserve listing and actions in a timely manner

·  Work with Planners, Materials Leader & Strategic Inventory Planners to reduce inventory

·  Support Strategic Planner with detailed forecasted material list and releases

·  Work with planners to produce process improvements focused on improved customer service

·  Support Materials team as other functions / projects arise

Qualifications/Requirements

·  High School Diploma / GED

·  Minimum of 1 year of experience using database management software

·  Minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain
Desired Characteristics

·  B.S. degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent 4 years of experience

·  High attention to detail

·  Active listening and Time Management skills

·  Excellent customer interaction skills

·  Ability to work with little to no daily direction

·  Aviation background supporting materials organization

·  Ability to use Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Outlook and Access

·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (with changing production schedule)

·  Familiarity with Lean principles and willingness to pursue process improvement projects

·  Strong customer service skills

·  Strong Data Analytics skills
