Role Summary/Purpose
Interested in joining a dynamic team that is passionate about what they do? Become the newest Materials Associate on the team! Come support our production process by owning key responsibilities of the shipping process as well as inventory management!
Essential Responsibilities
· Prepare items to be shipped following appropriate standards
· Verify required documentation
· Build pick-lists for production team
· Update sales orders through ERP System
· Take ownership of sending invoices
· Communicate with freight-forwarders to coordinate shipments and obtain status of shipped items
· Issue parts from inventory to work-orders and release them to the floor
· Verifying expiration dates of shelf live items and remove expired items from inventory
· Perform other tasks as assigned or needed in production or shipping team
Qualifications/Requirements
· High School diploma / GED
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT(S):
· Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
· Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

· At least one year of experience with shipping domestic and international packages via Internet processes
· Experience in the aviation industry, preferred
