Role Summary/Purpose
Working within the Global Supply Chain division you will be part of a team responsible for delivering a wide range of projects to support the growth of our business. Develop and improve supply chain processes and to improve product quality and factory productivity by using lean approach, working effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Essential Responsibilities
· Analysis of existing processes and execution of improvements
· Root cause analysis
· Production line re-structuring
· Project planning and execution
· Support of daily production
· Improving ergonomics
· Learning and applying lean tools
· Documenting processes
Qualifications/Requirements
· Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
· Has or currently are pursuing a degree in Engineering (preferably Manufacturing, Industrial and Mechanical, but all considered)
· Competency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Access
· Demonstrated time management capability
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment or independently on multiple projects with strict completion deadlines.
· Good writing skills, accuracy and an eye for detail.
