Role Summary/Purpose

We are looking for growth-oriented individuals in the area of Operations and Administration .
These individuals work on projects related to a particular function depending on their prior coursework and degree program. 

Essential Responsibilities

This is 12 months paid internship, we require availability to work for whole 12 months. Extension of this period is based on performance. 
We require availability 30 hours/week as minimum.

Responsibilities:
·  Supplier and/or Customer database reviews and background checks. 
·  Coordinate job of team of account managers who are selling medical equipment. 
·  Follow up all customer cases according to our registered procedure. 
·  Escalation of problematic cases according to our procedures. 
·  Performance of multiple administration office tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Active status of the student is a must, student of II, III or IV year of studies 
·  Relevant education background (Biomedical engineering, Medical Physics and Biophysics) 
·  Experience in a Customer service / administrative role. 
·  Fluency in Polish and very good English. 
·  Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook. 
·  Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities. 
·  Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills. 
·  Analytical and problem solving skills. 
·  Ability to work under time pressure.
