Role Summary/Purpose

Key role in supporting the Lean Team to improve various MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) processes of Aircraft Engines. This internship program will give broader understanding of the overall shop operations.
Essential Responsibilities

Time & motion study of Various MRO processes.
Support Various Lean initiatives such as 5S, VSM, Standard work, Kaizen, etc,.
Measure and come up with the drawings for the material presentation.
Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you would possess and/or demonstrate the following:
Currently pursuing a Degree Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production engineering
Recent Engineering and Business Graduates may apply.
Quick leaner and good verbal and written communication.
Desired Characteristics

Knowledge of any CAD software such as AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Time & Motion Study
Industrial Engineering candidates have added advantage
