Role Summary/Purpose

Accountable for initiating Kaizen activities across the organization and act as an improvement and change agent in improving the performance of the organization and bottom line of the organization.
Essential Responsibilities

• Work together with production team to apply the lean tools to optimize the process ,analyses the value stream to reduce the taka time and waste
• Lean and 6sigma knowledge training for production supervisor and team leader
• Lead the PMO, coach supervisor and team leader finish lean/6 sigma GB project
• Implement GE brilliant factory program
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor Degree and Major in mechanical engineering, chemical or composite material is preferable.
3~5 years production working experience, at least 2 years lean project leading experience, especially TPS
6sigema BB
LM Induction training
• Strong lean background, lean concept /lean skill /lean project implementation
• Strong leadership and communication, can drive the lean project independently
• Good English can have meeting with global colleagues
