Essential Responsibilities
· Ability to work from specs, manuals, blueprints and schematic wiring diagrams
· Electronics solder, dimensional and leak test certified as required
· Must conduct preliminary test, analyze and evaluate result, determine extent of repair, parts
and material required
· Trace circuits, probe and observe values of and between points and parts such as capacitors,
resistors, filters, diodes, transistors, spark gaps, etc.
· Replace defective parts, retrofit and update as required, prepare and clean for final test
· Write MDR’s to prepare for following procedure for documentation
· Assist in OEM warranty and Corrective Action Response investigations
· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
· Originate procedures to perform rework on exciters
· Proficient in process and final electrical testing
Basic ERP skills

Qualifications/Requirements
· Actively participate in a teaming environment that uses lean and 5S practices to improve
products and processes
· High School
Diploma or GED
Three(3) years Electro-mechanical manufacturing experience or equivalent electronics experience
· Basic knowledge of Electro-mechanical components and assemblies
Desired Characteristics
· Troubleshooting experience and electrical final testing
· Structural solder and inspection
