Essential Responsibilities

Contribute to design and develop tools and processes
required for improving the Talent Recruitment capabilities of the organization Provide support in the Talent Recruitment process for different businesses: Sourcing and contacting candidates. Contribute to design and develop market intelligence / data strategies to support the business growth in high competitive markets
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Currently studying the last two years of a bachelor degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology 
·  Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
