Essential Responsibilities

Logistics:
- inland transportation arrangement based on buyer’s material purchasing/planner’s selling plan
- documentation preparation for commodities transported to/from our Shenyang facility (including Custom documents for imported goods)
- Express tracking
- vendor bill verify and tracking
- Inventory report weekly summarize and analysis
- ECO/NCR report downloading and summarize
- LOB report

Buyer:
- Blanket PO update and maintain in ERP
- supplier set up/maintain in eSA system
- Regular indirect PO release and tracking
- Item attributes verifying and maintain in ERP
- PO need by date and promise date updating
Qualifications/Requirements

- Excellent computer skill – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Excellent Communication skill
- Fluency in Chinese and good English
- Team player
- Strong customer centricity sense and real sense of emergency
