Role Summary/Purpose

The Identity & Access Management Engineer is responsible for supporting efforts to provide system users, system owners, and business leaders with identity & access management processes and procedures that adhere to regulatory requirements and uphold business governance in a compliant, reliable & user-friendly method.
Essential Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

·  Partner with the business to identify and remediate areas of non-compliance to internal policies and external regulations where System Access is a core requirement (i.e., Sarbanes Oxley, ISO27002, Data Protection, and Global privacy requirements)
·  Develop and ensure compliance with Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and procedures
·  Operationally support HC supported identity tools
·  Coordinate with IAM providers to ensure operational excellence
·  Oversee account lifecycle and privilege management processes. Influence the IT Organization in IAM Strategy, lead teams and drive change
·  Stay current with IAM technologies and work as a partner to promote its use
·  Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams, as required, in delivery of IAM programs and services
·  Serve as subject matter expert for all activities related to Identity Access Management. Create and maintain Identity Access Management documentation
·  Enforce IT Policies and Procedures. Accountable for operational excellence of assigned program(s) and processes, with duties including project reviews, operation reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work. Manage budgets and contracts associated with program(s), processes and initiative(s)
·  Manage activities of project team resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the program(s) / processes
·  Maintain effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program/process area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization
·  Coordinate program / process support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, and developing training plans
·  Support, advise, assist, guide and resolve problems for business partners. Prepare and present project plans, status reports, cost /benefit studies and recommend funding and resources.
Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or relevant experience
·  Proved experience implementing enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions (eg Saviynt, Okta, SailPoint, Beyond Trust, CyberArk, etc.) in client environments
·  Experience developing technical strategies, architectures, and roadmaps
·  Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Able to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Eligibility Requirements: (Country Specific)
·  Legal authorization to work in Poland or Hungary
·  Must be willing to travel.

Desired Characteristics

·  Good knowledge of software development principles and design patterns
·  Experience with cloud architectures particularly Azure and AWS
·  Experience with O365, Active Directory and any identity provider solutions(PING, ADFS, etc…)
·  Development knowledge e.g. Python, Java, C#, .NET, Web Services (SOAP/REST/RESTful, APIs), Shell programming/scripting.
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build / maintain ongoing business
·  Experience with Enterprise Applications such as Oracle eBusiness Suite, WorkDay, SAP, SalesForce
·  Experience with MDM capabilities such as InTune or MobileIron
·  Understanding of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance with all regulations and frameworks (NIST, HIPPA-HITECH, HITRUST, PCI, GDPR)
·  Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
