Role Summary/Purpose
The Intern for People Operations – HR Team will contribute to manage a large, complex, or multiple operational processes. Develop effective relationships with the internal and external suppliers that administer the process. Identify and help to resolve operational issues and support process improvements. Work cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.
Essential Responsibilities
· Provide support to the People Operations Team.
· Benefits Administration Payroll.
· HR Documentation.
· Engagement activities.
· Develop effective relationships with customers (Businesses, HR, Finances) and suppliers through proactive communication to provide outstanding service delivery.
· Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement, standardization and productivity within assigned process.
· Contribute to design and develop tools and processes required for improving the Global Operations
HR capabilities of the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements
· University student (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accountant, Human Resources).
· Proficient in English (oral and written).
· Team player who enjoys working collaboratively.

· Proactive and high self-motivated.
· Expert in the use of standard Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point).
· Excellent communication skills.
