Role Summary/Purpose
The Paint and Adhesive Specialist will be responsible to paint various products to customer specifications and mix adhesives to a standard manufacturing process. In this role, you will:
Essential Responsibilities
Candidates must be familiar with both booth air and gravity paint spraying. Must be familiar with high volume low pressure painting. Must be able to apply epoxy based, polyurethane, and enamel paints, and must be able to apply conformal coating to printed wiring cards. The painter is required to mix and perform viscosity testing of paints and also required to mix and test epoxy adhesives. Must be able to create nameplate/labels on various media and adjust equipment to meet customer specifications. Must be able to work from manufacturing work instructions, read blueprints, while working under minimal supervision. Must possess basic computer skills within a Windows environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
High school Diploma / GED
Minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume, low pressure production spray painting environment
