Role Summary/Purpose

Technical support expert for molding production processes in LM. Provide & maintain guides, work instructions, and other technical documentation. Provide disposition to ECR & QCR/ NCR related to one of production process. Using his expert knowledge and advice to help plants in achieving their targets.
Essential Responsibilities

Owner Molding Processes Area • Lead and support Day-to-day in executing routine tasks, like ECR, QCR Full Response Time, % completion
• Implementation of CI / process improvements, and controls, selected best practices, etc. Full Tasks executed On Time In Full (OTIF)
Qualifications/Requirements

Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
External Experience • Min 3+ years in wind industry
• Hands-on experience in blade manufacturing will be preferred
• Minimum 1+ year in LM engineering team (local or global)
Certifications • Six Sigma Green Belt certified preferred
Internal LM trainings/qualifications • LM Induction training, process / production training
Knowledge and Skills • Knowledge of blade manufacturing process (preferred molding process)
• Knowledge in project management desirable
• Pragmatic, practical and result oriented
• Capability in technical writing
• Analysis and decision making
• Driving projects / tasks
• Self-driven, independent
• Go getter and team player
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Flexible to travel
