Role Summary/Purpose
Drives the overall Order to Remittance (OTR) process (order entry, scheduling, backlog
management).
Essential Responsibilities
• Update/maintain spreadsheets tracking product shipments
• Daily release of product / part shipments against sales orders
• OTR support for other GE affiliate customers
• Create daily backlog order report
• Update product yields in Oracle.
• Validate min/max data inventory data from Oracle and place weekly material orders as
appropriate.
• Review receiving documentation to ensure timely payment of suppliers
• Review PDI MRP data against manufacturing capacity, including inventory and yield data.
• Provide delivery/status information to production/engineering as required.
• Data entry and other general clerical duties
• Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
• Perform distribution management duties in compliance with current GDP as per annual GDP
Training and local procedures’ (Core Imaging Only)
Qualifications/Requirements
High school Diploma or local equivalent
At least 2-year Manufacturing or clerical experience
Ability to communicate well and work with others
Ability to interface with Customers and Suppliers in a business professional manner on the phone
and through e-mail
Basic computer skills
Ability to grasp technical concepts.
Bilingual English- Spanish
Desired Characteristics
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
Project execution experience.
International shipping experience desired.
