Role Summary/Purpose

Provides global financial planning & analysis support for Grid Software within GE Digital. This individual will help aggregate and communicate the comprehensive business results, including global technology costs. Reporting to GE Digital’s Global FP&A Manager, Grid Software, this role will support the financial metrics to drive business growth, profitability and cash generation.
Essential Responsibilities

In the Lead FP&A analyst role, key responsibilities will include:

·  Managing the business cycle: 3 year plan, budget, forecasts for the Grid Software business

·  Lead and participate in quarter close and reporting activities

·  Analyze actuals, trends against plan, pacing, and propose action plans to improve profitability as well as corrective action plans as needed

·  Lead reviews of month-end and quarter-end actuals with operational and finance leaders

·  Consolidate and prepare pacing for quarterly forecasts and quarter close

·  Own planning details preparation and submission for all planning cycles

·  Participate in projects to improve existing reporting capabilities and drive cost out

·  In-depth understanding of concepts and principles in the Finance function; viewed as a specialist within the discipline

·  May be responsible for leading ad hoc analyses and requests from HQ FP&A and GE Corporate
Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

·  Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Finance or related function

Eligibility Requirements:

·  Must be willing to travel 25+% of the time

·  Must be willing to work out of an office located in Atlanta, GA
