Role Summary/Purpose
As FMI Engineer, own development, deployment and closure of FMI’s and End of Service Life (EOSL) projects. This position require to work with FMI leaders and contribute to meet all metrics.
Essential Responsibilities
· Responsible for developing and managing the execution of FMI and EOSL programs.
· Work closely with FMI Leader, Design team and cross function team to own and execute end to end FMI Program.
· Work closely with Service segment team and product/install base team to deliver EOSL and EOL program.
· Accountable to deliver the scope of work to the original cost estimate.
· Accountable for all Audit for FMI and EOSL scope.
Qualifications/Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or Mechanical or Electrical or Biomedical Engineering or related field or equivalent degree and minimum 3 years of work experience
Desired Characteristics
· Demonstrated good experience in Mfg process and/or supply and/or install base management.
· Experience in working Global teams.
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
· Demonstrated problem solving ability and results orientation Demonstrated LEAN skills
