Role Summary/Purpose

Drive compliance and accountability for the execution of all financial transactions, including the ERP lifecycle, to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Mapping and improvement of inventory control process.
·  Monthly support and monitoring of the bookkeeping and
billing process of the Sites.
·  Mapping Races transactions. Understand treatment
accounting & fiscal.
·  Assist with parts receiving and inventory issues.
·  Provide RACES troubleshooting assistance.
·  Support for RACES SR issues & training.
·  Provide Reporting to assist field with ERP
Responsibilities.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree in Business administration,
Economics, Accounting, Finance.
·  Advanced communication skills in Portuguese and English both verbal
and written.
·  Ability to work with teams across functions and around
the globe.
·  Solid experience in financial data accuracy and inventory financial management.
·  Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems /
applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP).
·  Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint experience,
particularly pivot tables, advanced lookups, charts and data mining.
·  Clear thinking with fundamental analytic skills: able
to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate
alternatives and drive positive change.
