Role Summary/Purpose

We are looking for a talented and proactive FP&A individual who will play a critical role in managing our Field Services portfolio across Indonesia and Philippines, and partner with the business to provide support on the accounts receivable function.
Essential Responsibilities

This role will report to the Finance Manager, Gas Power Services Indonesia/Philippines and will work closely with Country Operations Team, Operational Excellence, and Finance Leaders in executing the financial commitments, as well as ensuring that all accounts receivable metrics are met.

FP&A Function:
• Manage financial accounting of Field Services for transactional and different types of short term/long term contracts
• Ensure Orders and Revenue recognition as well as Cash are compliant with financial accounting standards
• Review unbilled costs/inventory aging with Billing COE, forecast liquidation plan and provide recommendation on provision required
• Work closely with ERP/IT specialists to monitor/ensure all long-term contract costs are automatically liquidated to projects
• Review and release intercompany invoices on hold with the right withholding taxes and ensure compliances with local regulations
• Analyze field services costs between actual vs budget
• Perform financial reconciliation across different ERPS (Oracle to Hyperion)
• Drive initiatives around process simplification and system improvement.

Accounts Receivable Function
• Ensure high-quality of invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law for Indonesia and the Philippines. This includes generating and issuing official documents such as tax invoices, receipts and others
• Reviews AR aging and come up with forecast/collection plan. Work directly with customers and business stakeholders to resolve collection issues.
• Manage the Letter of Credit process. This includes issuing LC’s and ensuring all backup documentation is obtained and submitted
• Ensure accuracy of revenue recognition and cash applications are done in a timely manner
• Gatekeeper for AR documents
• Ensure Accounts Receivable GL accounts are reconciled and assist with internal and external audits as required.
Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or related fields with minimum 3 years of Finance experience, preferably with some background in FP&A and Accounting.
• Team player that can work well with both local and shared services teams.
• Good verbal and written communications (Indonesian and English).
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure
