Role Summary/Purpose

- Business Domain in alignment with Business Process Owner & Expert. Ensure well maintained Engineering Business Systems (Processes, Product Data, Systems Training & Support).
- Position is cross functional work between Plants and Group support functions within own business domain and across business domains.
Essential Responsibilities

- Drive Engineering Business Community consisting of relevant Super Users in domain and relevant IT Consultants and Master Data resources.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of Product Data in ERP and PDM systems. Execute and release Global Axapta changes, Authorize new items in Global ERP System, PDM User Support, influence setting standards for future development of TIL / BoM.

PDM users - Ensure regular meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure Global Business Systems are followed Drive bottom-up continues improvement
- Conduct regular trainings on systems and process Partial Training Feedback
Project Management - Act as project participant in cross domain projects
- Implementation of One LM Plant template in accordance with One LM Program. Partial Project KPI’s
Continuous Improvement - Increase functional expertise continuously.
- Continuously challenge the existing systems and process and improve the systems.
- Implementing the best practices in several key areas between the system Partial Implementation of Continuous improvement ideas

Engineering change execution - Execution of engineering change in ERP & PDM as per business process Full / Partial Overall TOT for Axapta Execution

Qualifications/Requirements

Education • Bachelor’s degree or higher, typically in relevant disciplines of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Chemical or Computer Science.
External Experience • 3-5 years of relevant domain experience.
Certifications • N/A
Internal LM trainings/qualifications • Axapta Modifier & Approver training
Desired Characteristics

Knowledge and Skills • Expert knowledge on BoM Management, Engineering Change Management and Product Data Management
• User level knowledge on Axapta & Teamcenter is desirable
• Ability to manage and effectively resolve conflict. Problem solving, project management & training skills.
• Expert knowledge of MS-Office suites.
• Well versed with oral and written communication.
• Knowledge on Process Re-Engineering or developing the process as per business needs will be an added advantage.
• Capable and willing to train people
