Role Summary/Purpose

Own manufacturing process of LM Blades within production facilities of India region, provide & maintain work instructions, and other technical documentation related to Blade manufacturing process. Provide technical support to factories.
Essential Responsibilities

Manufacturing process support
• Day-to-day support in executing routine tasks, like ECR, QCR Full Response Time, % completion
• Implementation of CI / process improvements, and controls, selected best practices, etc. Full Tasks executed On Time In Full (OTIF)
• Support updating & maintaining CMS Full Tasks executed On Time In Full (OTIF)
• Visiting plants from process evaluation and support when required Full Tasks executed On Time In Full (OTIF)
• Lead projects to reduce Quality Issue / defects Full %Blade produced without defects
Qualifications/Requirements

• Masters/ Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with 4+ years of experience in composite/ wind blade industry, hands-on experience in manufacturing will be preferred

• Knowledge of composite manufacturing engineering
• Knowledge in Carbon, glass, Epoxy and other composite materials
• Knowledgeable in open and closed mould infusion techniques.
• Knowledgeable in carbon pultrusion, dry layup and prepreg processing.

• Proficient in reading, writing and analysing technical documentation
