Role Summary/Purpose

To provide functional plant support in dispositioning level 3 QCR’s (including repair instruction ownership), launching new products in the plants ensuring a proper alignment and ramp-up, training for operators and quality inspectors regarding to repair instructions and support during implementation of new repair methods.
Essential Responsibilities

Disposition of level 3 QCR’s 1) Ensures level 3 QCR’s are dispositioned in a timely matter to ensure invoicing on time
2) Identify instructions for special repairs and get that approved by Product engineering Responsibility, Full QCR disposition time in average
Owner of repair instructions & service instructions 1) Updating/improving of repair instructions and get changes released
2) Identify new repair instructions in case special repairs are needed
3) Create or maintain training material
4) Provide training for RI, SI Responsibility, Full
Launch support for new blades 1) For new blades, support the factories at start-up
2) Close cooperation on NPD blades with the project team
3) Responsible for launching other new features next to blades Responsibility, Full
Support audits 1) Support FAI
2) Support plant assessment
3) Support process audit Responsibility, Part
Qualifications/Requirements

Education • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Composite is required
External Experience • 4+ years in production engineering (wind industry preferred)
• Product development experience strongly preferred
• Domain experience in Blade Manufacturing preferred
Certifications • Green belt certified preferred
Internal LM trainings/qualifications • LM Induction training
• Repair methods knowledge and understanding
• LM software knowledge
Knowledge and Skills • Pragmatic approach and proven ability to analyse data
• Leadership skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to drive positive change
• Ability to clearly communicate, convince, motivate and inspire others
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural team
• Languages: English + at least one other language
• Well organized, self-driven person, able to work and complete tasks independently and on time
• Be willing and used to travelling, up to 10 weeks traveling per year
• Auto-CAD, Mini-tab is preferred
