Role Summary/Purpose

Post sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request.
Essential Responsibilities

- Works closely and builds strong relationships with end users, channel partners & distributors to achieve satisfactory application outcomes for Grid Solutions’ Grid Automation products and services’
- Own the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues.
- Level 1,2,3 Technical Support – Resolves post sales Technical Issues. As the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the “level” of skill set increases. .
- Major contribution to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team.
- Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.
- Works together with people from the business unit.
- Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
- Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university 
·  At least 4 years in relevant experience (after sales customer support) 
·  Possess knowledge in electrical substation products (Electrical Power System)
