Role Summary/Purpose

The Aero Asset Management Products Strategy Leader will be responsible for developing the Product Strategy and leading strategic priorities across the Asset Management value streams. This leader will create the future vision for Asset Management working across all value streams (Leases, Used Engines, Used Serviceable Material (USM) and Rotables) and drive the priorities for the P&L working with the Team Leader.

Essential Responsibilities

As the Aero Asset Management Products Strategy Leader, you will:

·  Drive the product strategy by Value Stream and identify growth areas to improve product offerings for the Channels (Gas Power, Baker Hughes and the Authorized Service Providers) and for the Aero Alliance
·  Lead strategic planning for Asset Management working across core functions including Product Management, Shop Operations, Finance and others to deliver a cohesive strategy for the JV
·  Identify market size & opportunity by Asset Management Value Stream (Lease, New Engines, Rotable Modules, Used Engines & Used Serviceable Material)
·  Drive Integration and Synergy working closely with the Baker Hughes and GE Power channels to understand market dynamics for AM product offerings and impact to the Aero JV business
·  Integrate Asset Management S&OP process into broader Aero Alliance S&OP process across Value Streams
·  For existing Asset Management products, develop Value Proposition for each Value Stream – identify specific customer CTQs (needs) and what value (quantified & qualitative) the product is driving for both CS & TX customers
·  Own and drive the MGPP, NPI and SII processes for the Asset Management value streams
·  Assess current Assets on JV books & alignment to future market opportunities
·  Drive profitable utilization and growth of the asset pools
·  Identify segment trends, competitive analysis & New Product Introduction (NPI)
·  Educate regions on Asset Management processes, including asset ownership & return processes
·  Drive collaboration with the Channels to participate in and give inputs to the Growth Playbook/Growth & Strategic Planning Cycles related to power and oil & gas segments for Aero Derivative turbines and key drivers for the JV product growth
·  This includes the integration of BH and Power product offerings and inventory balances to position Asset Management as a competitive advantage.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
·  Product management experience with industrial business
·  3-5 years operations experience with gas turbines or jet engines and associated processes.

Desired Characteristics

·  BAKER HUGHES or Power operations experience with gas turbines supply chain, S&OP and fulfillment processes
·  Process, results, and detail oriented
·  Working knowledge of power and/oil & gas products and processes
·  Ability to perform market analysis working with diverse inputs of data & trends
·  Some Technical knowledge of gas turbines
·  Ability to communications effectively to senior leadership
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
·  Ability to work effectively with global cross functional teams
·  Strong business expertise and operational business process knowledge.
·  Product management experience with industrial business
·  Operations experience with gas turbines or jet engines and associated processes
