Your position and environment?

Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – North America Division is looking for you as a VIE Process Engineer for our R&D Center in San Luis Potosi, México).

Your role and responsibilities?

Your main missions will be to

Managing the product interface with product development
Participating to The process design and implementation
Contributing to the Engineering Change Management process
Supporting continuous improvement
Supporting production
Become active part of the Manufacturing Engineering network

The mission will last 12 months (renewable once, until 24 months)

Who are you?

Master’s degree in mechatronics or mechanical Engineering

Welding certification or course is a plus.

A first experience in Mechanical Engineering or in an industrial environment is appreciated

Good communication skills and ability to adapt in a multicultural environment

Leadership and teamwork skills

Basic knowledge robotic programming preferred

1-2 years of experience in welding operations is a plus

Fluent in English, German is a plus
