Your position and environment?
Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – ESD Division is looking for you as a VIE FES&P (Faurecia Excellence System and Productivity) Engineer m/f for our Site in Plzen, Czech Republic.
Your role and responsibilities?
Your main missions will be to
Implementation and support of the new FES (Faurecia Excellence System) standards
Support of various workshops across the company
Support of the FES&P (Faurecia Excellence System and Productivity) plant coordinator regarding FES topics and productivity workshops, which includes implementation of FES standards and coordination of FES tasks with members of the shop floor
You will be integrated into the Manufacturing Engineering team, under the responsibility of the plant management team.
The mission will last 12 months.
Who are you?
University Degree in engineering or business administration
First practical experience
English level B1/Czech/Slovak
Good interpersonal skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – Mainly Excel
Good analytical skills
